Ages: U7 to U10, U11 to U13 for Boys and Girls

Time of Training:

6:30- 7:30 for U7-U10 (up to 25 players)

7:30- 8:30 for U11-U13 (up to 25 players)

12 Trainings Elements of CASQ:

Coordination, Agility, Speed, Quickness, Power, Core, Reaction, Acceleration, Decision, Balance, Flexibility, and Enjoy

​Registration Fee: $20 (one time fee)

Training Fee: $250 for 10 Sessions

Early Entry Special: $200 (by February 13)

"Late registration and prorated fee if class space is available"
